WARRANTY POLICY

Workmanship Warranty (Limited)

Tumble Tech may, at its sole discretion, provide a limited workmanship warranty on labor performed.

Coverage Period: The applicable period (30, 60, or 90 days) will be explicitly stated in writing on the invoice or service agreement.

Scope: Coverage applies only to the identical issue directly resulting from our workmanship.

Remedy: Our sole obligation is to re-perform the covered labor at no additional labor charge.

Exclusions

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

New, additional, or unrelated failures

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, neglect, improper operation, or lack of maintenance

Electrical, plumbing, venting, or environmental issues

Manufacturer defects in parts

Any condition outside the original scope of work

Parts Warranty (Manufacturer Only)

All replacement parts are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

Manufacturer warranty periods may range from 30 days to one (1) year, depending on the brand and part.

LABOUR IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED from all parts warranties.

This includes, without limitation:

Diagnosis

Removal of defective parts

Reinstallation or replacement

Service calls

Any labor related to warranty parts is billable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

No Implied or Additional Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing:

No implied warranties apply

No oral representations are binding

No warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are provided

This Warranty Policy represents the entire warranty offered by Tumble Tech.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 30, 2025

By booking, requesting, or receiving services from Tumble Tech Laundry Repair, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

Scope of Services

We provide washer and dryer repair, installation, and maintenance services. Services are limited strictly to the agreed scope and condition of the appliance at the time of service.


Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding and based on information available at the time.

Additional faults, parts, or labor may result in additional charges.

No work beyond the original scope will proceed without customer approval.


Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: cash, cheque, e-transfer.

Ownership of installed parts does not transfer until payment is received in full.


Parts and Warranty Disclaimer

All parts and workmanship are governed exclusively by the Warranty Policy. No other warranties apply.


Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or denied access may result in service call or cancellation fees.


Subcontractors and Independent Status

Tumble Tech may engage subcontractors at its discretion.

Subcontractors are independent entities.

Tumble Tech is responsible only for work it directly performs or contracts.


Age of Majority

By booking services, you confirm that you meet the age of majority requirement in your province.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tumble Tech shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing defects or damage

Appliance failure after service

Loss of use, inconvenience, or downtime

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Work performed by others

Manufacturer defects

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


Unsafe Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a risk to personnel or property.


Non-Payment and Collections

Late or unpaid accounts may incur interest as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to pursue collections or legal remedies, including Small Claims Court.

Customers are responsible for reasonable recovery costs.


Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Tumble Tech Laundry Repair and may not be used without written authorization.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction
